Basic accommodations, nothing special about the rooms. Breakfast was like rolling the dice, but good coffee from Biggby right in front of the building. Staff went above and beyond! Left something in our room, which usually means you never see it again, but these guys found it and held it for us so we were able to pick it up on our way back home.
Staff was nice, breakfast good. Seemed like an older hotel where some parts have been updated but some still in need. Not bad but not great
Very nice place for the price. The room and bathroom were clean and modern and the bed was comfortable. Sheets smelled new and fresh. Breakfast had waffles, sausage, cereal, fruit, juices, etc. Although construction was taking place, super easy on and off the highway (US10). Tons of restaurants, shopping and whatever else in the area. Would definitely stay here again.
Great experience, friendly staff, clean secure rooms. The beds and pillows are comfy. All around solid stay. The location is pretty central to shopping and food also. Want some Panera? Take a 1 minutes or less walk across the parking lot for easy access.
Great location close to Dow gardens. Also fairly close to soaring eagle casino if you can’t find rooms in mt pleasant. Highly recommend.
Pretty nice location off route 10 for this one, which was good for getting downtown. Checking in was very quick. Room did have a bit of a musty smell. Really mild one and it was easy to adjust but not the best. Everything else about the room was fine. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel, probably the best of the three places on the trip. Decent enough place for a night in the middle of Michigan.
Nice hotel, kind of off the beaten path. Odd set up, I thought of their parking lot versus the entrance. Very few parking spaces in the area of their lot... the bigger parking options were on the side of the building, away from the front desk. Enjoyed the stay...
The staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel was nice & breakfast in the morning was very very good. Housekeeping also did a great job. For me the small things went a long way and pushed this stay to five stars. They had a “to go breakfast bag” so that if you’re rushing out the door you can still take advantage of the complimentary breakfast. Also anything you needed- bottled waters, toiletries, medicine, and snacks were available at the front desk (some of which was complimentary). No complaints, definitely recommend this stay to anyone visiting midland.
